Facts
Mr Andrew Samuel Feldman applied to the First-tier Tribunal (General Regulatory Chamber) for an order against the Information Commissioner under section 166 of the Data Protection Act 2026, lodging a GRC3 form on 9 June 2026. The application concerned a complaint he had made to the Commissioner bearing the reference IC-375094-Y2M4, but it was incomplete: he had not supplied a copy of that original complaint. By Directions dated 18 June 2026 the Tribunal required him to provide a copy of the complaint by 3 July 2026, and he did not do so. By further Directions dated 28 July 2026 he was directed, by 6 August 2026, to provide the Tribunal and the Commissioner with copies of the relevant complaint together with any information about the progress or outcome of the complaint, as required by Rule 22(2A). Those Directions carried an express warning that a failure to comply would lead to the Tribunal striking out the application. He did not comply with the second set of Directions either, and the matter came before the Tribunal to be determined without a hearing.
