Where the free one stops
The digest is a selection across every area, and it stops at the facts. That is deliberate: it is enough to tell you a decision exists and roughly what it was about, which is what a free email can honestly be.

- How often does the free digest arrive, and when?
- Once a week, on Monday, covering what was published the week before. There is no second email, and no sequence.
- Do I need a card for the free digest?
- No. The digest is free and does not ask for payment details at any point.
- Do I have to choose a practice area?
- No. The free digest covers every practice area in one email. Choosing an area is what a subscription does.
- Who writes the summaries?
- They are drafted by a language model reading the full judgment, then checked against it independently before anything is published. The editorial policy sets out how that works and what happens when something is wrong.
- How do I unsubscribe?
- One click on the unsubscribe link in any issue. There is no confirmation step, and no attempt to talk you out of it.
