The appellant, Irfan Ali, lodged an appeal with the First-tier Tribunal (General Regulatory Chamber) against the Charity Commission for England & Wales, using the GRC1 form on 9 June 2026. The appeal as lodged was incomplete: the appellant did not include a copy of the decision notice he sought to challenge, so the Tribunal was not in a position to identify the decision under appeal. By Directions and an email dated 11 June 2026, the appellant was required to provide a copy of the decision notice he wished to challenge to the Tribunal within 28 days. That Direction was not complied with.
