Nayyar Batool-Asghar brought an appeal in the Information Rights jurisdiction of the General Regulatory Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal, the Information Commissioner being the respondent. The appeal proceeded under case number FT/EA/2026/0197/GDPR. By directions issued on 17 June 2026, the Tribunal ordered the appellant to provide a fully completed GRC3 form to the Tribunal by no later than 1 July 2026.
